Thank you for your participation in the Jeffrey M. Haitkin '62 Faculty Grants Program! If you received a grant(s) for the 2025-2026 academic year, please submit an evaluation form for each grant by June 25, 2026, to maintain your eligibility for grants in the 2026-2027 academic year.
