Anne Cebula ’16 Wins Gold Medal in Women’s Epee North American Cup
Anne Cebula ’16, who captained the Girls Varsity Epee squad at Brooklyn Tech, won her first Division I Gold medal in Women’s Epee at the North American Cup, October 26-29, 2023, in Orlando, Florida. At Tech, she won the NYC PSAL Girls Varsity Epee title among other honors and continued her trajectory as a rising star in fencing when she captured the 2019 NCAA Women’s Epee Gold medal. She made history as the first-ever Barnard student-athlete to claim an individual national title in any sport. Anne also became a two-time All-American (2019, 2020). With a Neuroscience and Behavior degree from Barnard, Anne works as a professional model, as well. She is currently a member of the USA Fencing team, on the international competition circuit and gathering points in order to qualify for the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
